(Bethesda, MD)  --  Tiger Woods won't be playing golf this weekend at Congressional.  The former world number-one missed the cut at this week's Quicken Loans National.  In his first PGA event since back surgery in late March, Woods followed up Thursday's three-over 74 with a four-over 75 in Friday's second round.  At seven-over par, Woods missed the cut by four shots.  It's just the 10th time in his career that he has missed a 36-hole cut on the PGA Tour.
