(Harrisburg, PA) -- All Penn State University students returning to campus this fall will have to sign a liability agreement.Pennlive reports the agreement states that the student assumes any and all risk of exposure to COVID-19 that could result from attending Penn State or participating in Penn State activities.There are reports of other schools asking students to sign a liability waiver before coming back, though a law professor at Georgetown University tells Pennlive the P-S-U pact is on the more extreme end.
