WEDNESDAY - WEATHER WARN FOR SNOW:

Wednesday is a CBS 21 WEATHER WARN DAY because of heavy snow moving in. Snow will begin in the afternoon on Wednesday and become heavy snow rather quickly.

Heavy snow will fall Wednesday night into the overnight hours before wrapping up early on Thursday. Snow will accumulate 8-10 inches over most of Central PA. Some heavier amounts north, slightly less amounts to the south. This is a significant snowstorm and you should prepare now to be safe at home through the event and most of Thursday.

Thursday will be breezy and Cold as we're digging out. So the snow is not going away quickly. This will be the biggest snowstorm in 2 years! CBS 21 First Warning Weather has declared a WEATHER WARN DAY to get you ready.

Seasonably cold December weather will stick around the rest of the week. It's beginning to look a lot like... winter!
