(Philadelphia, PA) -- A former Super Bowl champion quarterback is now a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. Joe Flacco has agreed to terms with the Eagles on a one-year deal. Flacco is from South New Jersey and went to the University of Delaware. He won Super Bowl 47 with the Baltimore Ravens and was named the MVP of the game. Flacco will be the back-up to starter Jalen Hurts.
