(State College, PA) -- Some former Penn State football players are candidates for the National Football Foundation College Hall of Fame's class of 2023. Running backs Ki-Jana Carter, DJ Dozier and linebacker Paul Posluszny are on the ballot. Former player Glenn Killinger is also on the ballot as a coach. Killinger was inducted as a player in 1966.
