The Historical Commission is debating proposed changes to a 103-year-old building on Walnut Street in Rittenhouse Square. Developers for the Jordan World of Flight store want to alter the second level, which has historic features including jutting balconies. They also say the planned seven-thousand-square-foot store might be the first of its kind in the nation.
