New Pennsylvania Law Allows For Doors-Off Driving

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A new Pennsylvania law allows Jeep and Bronco drivers to take their doors off. Governor Josh Shapiro signed the new law Monday. It repeals Pennsylvania's old regulations that required cars to have doors in order to be on public streets. Pennsylvania is the only state in the country with a doors-off ban. Jeep drivers have said for years that some local police departments enforce the law, and others don't. The new law that clarifies the new rules takes effect September 13th.
